These sheds come in either 1, 2, 3 or 4 boxes with each box measuring approximately 190 x 75 x 15 cm and weighing anything between 42 & 85 kgs per box so Oversized and Overweight & most courier's won't carry them, DX are set up to deliver large parcels but they are only human and things occasionally can go wrong. If you are not going to be in and you have somewhere secure they can leave the item you can leave a note giving DX permission to leave it, the note must have your full name and address on it giving the DX driver permission to leave the item and signed by you just remember that then makes you responsible for the item. The DX Drivers are only insured to deliver to the front of your home (Kerbside/Driveway) They cannot and will not risk Damaging your property whilst delivering a product through your property etc.
